What the tools do for you.
Hide Names from AI
Ask any AI to help word a claim letter, a renewal reminder, a complaint reply or an explanation of cover, without giving it the client’s name, phone number, ID number, policy or account number, or car number plate. It swaps them for labels before you paste, then puts the real details back into the reply on your device.
Redaction Studio and file tools
Black out ID copies, bank details and medical reports so the words underneath are really gone before a claim or proposal goes to an insurer. Shrink claim files to fit upload limits, and turn clients’ iPhone photos of damage into JPGs with the hidden location removed.
Is It Really Blacked Out?
Check a blacked-out claim, statement or medical report before you send it, or one you received, for words still sitting under the boxes.
Before You Invest
For your clients: check an insurer, broker or adviser on the official register, including the FCA Firm Checker in the UK and the FSCA’s register in South Africa, and spot the warning signs of fake policies sold cheaply through social media and messaging apps.
Can I Afford This?
For your clients: see what a loan or buy now pay later really costs, and plan monthly premiums around the rest of their bills.
What Not to Paste into AI
Before a schedule, a claim form or a spreadsheet goes into any AI, see which names and numbers are in it.
Staff AI card
One page of rules for everyone in the office who uses AI on client files.
What they cannot do.
- Your regulator’s rules come first. These tools make mistakes less likely. They do not replace your compliance procedures or make anything allowed that was not allowed before.
- Blacking out a copy does not delete the original. Your record-keeping duties still apply to the files you hold.
- Health details need the most care. Medical reports for life and medical cover are among the most sensitive records a broker handles.
- Photos carry more than a location. Faces, number plates and house numbers stay in a picture after the hidden data is removed.

Every tool runs on your own phone or computer, and each page tells your browser it may not send anything anywhere. Your IT team can check that with the browser’s own network panel, and we will send them what they need. There is no account, no sign-up and no mailing list.
