Who you are buying from. UtilForge makes the tools. Gumroad sells them on our behalf and takes the payment, so your receipt will come from Gumroad. You can reach us through the contact page.
Who we are
UtilForge.org is published by Invictus Communications (Pty) Ltd. You can reach us at support@utilforge.org.
What you are buying
A set of files that you download once and keep. Each pack’s own page lists exactly what is inside it and what it will not do. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
The packs on sale are listed on the pricing page.
One payment
You pay once. We will never charge you again unless you choose to buy something else.
Getting your files
After you pay, Gumroad gives you a download link straight away and sends it to you in an email with your receipt. Keep your own copy of the files once you have downloaded them.
Updates
Each paid pack includes twelve months of updated downloads from the day you buy it. After that, the tools keep working exactly as they are. The free tools on this website are always the latest version. If we ever offer further updates for a pack, you choose whether to buy them, one purchase at a time.
What you may do with the tools
Use them for your own work and your clients’ work, for as long as you like, on the computers of the people your pack covers: one person for Release Check, up to ten people for Artificial Intelligence Tools for Work, and your household for Family Safety Tools. The full wording is on the licence page.
You may not sell the tools on, give them away as your own, or pass them off as yours.
Refunds
Within fourteen days of buying, for any reason, write to us through the contact page and we will refund you in full. The refund page explains how.
What the tools do not promise
The tools do what each pack’s page describes. They do not make you compliant with any law or standard, and they do not certify anything. Each pack says in writing what it cannot do, before you open it.
No outside artificial intelligence
No UtilForge tool uses DeepSeek or any other outside artificial intelligence model, and no tool sends what you type to an artificial intelligence company. The tools do their work on your own phone or computer.
Other companies’ names
UtilForge works alongside artificial intelligence assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Meta Artificial Intelligence, Grok, DeepSeek and Qwen. Each name belongs to its owner, and UtilForge is not connected to, or endorsed by, any of them.
Your rights
Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
