If you are not happy with anything you bought from UtilForge, tell us within fourteen days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason, fill in a form, or send anything back.
How to ask
Write to us through the contact page from the email address you used to buy. If you have your Gumroad receipt, include the order number from it, because that lets us find your purchase straight away. If you cannot find it, we will find it from your email address.
What happens next
We issue the refund through Gumroad, which returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Gumroad sends you a confirmation. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank, and is usually a few working days.
After fourteen days
If a tool does not do what its page says it does, tell us whenever you find out and we will fix it or refund you.

Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
