What you may do with the files you buy from UtilForge. Every paid pack covers your own work and your clients’ work, within the number of people listed below.
Who may use it
- Release Check: one named person, on any computers they use, for their own work and their clients’ work. A team of up to ten people gets the full Release Check inside Artificial Intelligence Tools for Work.
- Artificial Intelligence Tools for Work: up to ten people in one organisation, for that organisation’s own work and its clients’ work. You may edit the policy, training and templates for that organisation. Release Check, full version, is included for the same ten people.
- Family Safety Tools: everyone in your household, whatever you paid.
- Site Control (free): anyone, for their own work and their clients’ work, on any computers they use.

What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or share the files outside the people covered above
- Publish them in a free-tools or template collection
- Claim them as your own product, or as open source
Updates and refunds
Each paid pack includes twelve months of updated downloads. The free tools on this website are always the latest version. You may ask for a refund within fourteen days, for any reason. See the refund policy.
Third-party libraries
Libraries in vendor/ keep their own licenses. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the pack.
As-is
Provided as-is. Release Check is a check, not a guarantee: it reports what its checks find and cannot promise a document is safe. The templates are not legal advice. Calculators are estimates, not legal, tax or payroll advice.
