Terms of sale & license

1. Seller

2. Product type

We sell digital downloads (zip archives containing HTML tools and related files). There is no physical goods shipping. Risk and title in the downloadable files pass on successful delivery of the download link / file access after payment.

3. Price and payment

The UtilForge SEO Utility Pack is marketed at approximately ~$19 USD / R350. Payment is processed by Paystack. Prices may be updated on the product page; the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

4. License grant

Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to:

• use every tool yourself for personal or internal business use; and
• deploy the HTML on one website you own or one website you build for a single client; and
• edit copy, colours, and navigation to match that site.

You may not:

• resell the pack or individual tools as an unlimited white-label product;
• place the files on a public “free tools” farm for mass redistribution;
• claim the pack is open source or public domain;
• remove lawful copyright notices in a way that misrepresents authorship when redistributing beyond the license.

A second client site requires another license (purchase again or ask UtilForge).

5. Delivery

After successful payment, Paystack (or our stated delivery method) provides access to the zip. Keep your own copy. Download links may expire according to the settings shown at purchase (for example within 30–365 days); that does not cancel your license to use files you already downloaded.

6. Refund policy (digital goods)

Because this is a downloadable digital product, refunds are limited:

• 7-day delivery / corrupt-file refund: if the zip was not delivered, the download link failed, or the archive is corrupt and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time, email support within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference. We will re-send the file or refund.
• Change-of-mind refunds after a successful download are generally not available.
• Estimators (overtime, VAT, grades) are educational tools — dissatisfaction with a calculation outcome alone is not grounds for a refund.

7. Disclaimer

Tools are provided “as is.” Calculators and generators are helpers, not legal, tax, payroll, accessibility-certification, or SEO ranking advice. Browser limits (memory, file:// worker restrictions) may affect large files; hosting the folder or using a local static server is recommended for some PDF workflows.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Support

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable consumer and contract law in your place of residence, without limiting mandatory protections.

11. Changes

We may update these terms for new purchases. The version linked at the time of purchase applies to that order.
