Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026. This policy explains how UtilForge (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use utilforge.org and buy our digital products.
1. Who we are
UtilForge. Contact: [email protected].
2. What this site does
utilforge.org is a static marketing and tools site. The HTML tools on this site run in your browser. For robots.txt, llms.txt, JSON-LD, contrast, calculators, and similar pages, inputs stay in the page unless you choose to copy or download them. PDF and HEIC tools process files in-tab; they are not designed to upload your files to UtilForge servers.
3. Information we collect
- Contact email: if you email [email protected], we process the content of that correspondence to respond.
- Purchase information: when Paystack checkout is live, Paystack collects payment details. We receive order metadata needed to fulfil the digital download (for example name/email associated with the purchase and payment status). We do not store card numbers.
- Hosting logs: our host (for example Cloudflare Pages) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request paths for security and reliability.
4. Payments (Paystack)
Card and payment processing is performed by Paystack. Their privacy terms apply to payment data. UtilForge does not receive full card PAN/CVV data and does not store cards on our systems.
5. Cookies and analytics
This static site does not require an account cookie for the tools. We do not place third-party advertising network tags on these pages. If we later enable privacy-respecting analytics, we will update this policy.
6. Why we process data
To provide the website, answer support requests, fulfil digital purchases, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, and Paystack for payments/delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
8. Retention
Support emails and order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.
9. Your choices
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs.
10. Children
The site and products are aimed at professionals and adults. We do not knowingly market to children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
